The blonde had been about traveling, location to location, setting up show with the very few trinkets he'd carry around with him. Small little things he'd picked up place to place, some odd reason they attracted his attention much like a Magpie to a new shiny object. Today, This Place, This World. He did not know the Laws of Worlds, did not know that what he'd been doing was particularly 'bad' just that he 'could' do it.. That Nobody really seemed to go out of their way to place his hands in handcuffs or say.. 'no do not touch that'... Not that it'd actually stop him, the mere thought of getting stopped seemed a little exciting almost made his heart pumped at the possibility.
Finding yet another little tear, he'd managed to find himself in some odd new place with Black Spires sticking out randomly, the citizens were rather hostile.. But he bribed them with Food from another world, and offered to help them with anything he desired. They said his kindness reminded them of this particularly Princess, one he couldn't quite tell if they.. Hated or cared for her? He didn't care, just wished to sit down.. and Enjoy the sights, maybe make a couple of cash along the way.
Thus.. Here he was clueless the law of the lands, already getting attacked two times.. Losing at least Five Trinkets, it was okay.. after all he'd stolen them in the first place. Sun beating Down, nice little chills here and there was wind broke through blowing. He wore a perfect smiling face shouting any that dared come closer... "Interesting Objects FRom All Over! Things Never Seen before! Found from Worlds Beyond! Look.. A Medallion of China!" He showed the medallion, it was indeed from China.. Another china.. In Another place... Mulan's Home. But, hey who kept count of what World? He certainly didn't know. "No medallion? HOW About This Shiny Crystal? Its a Small piece of blue, It glows With the Light of Life!" He held the crystal outward, you'd recognize it from Atlantis The lost empire.. He placed it down looking slightly disheartened... Before picking up another random object, "COME ONE COME ALL! A Deku Seed! Said to Grow the Biggest Tree Ever!" he.. actually didn't know if this rumor was true or not.
Maybe someone who thought things through all the way would have left a note or message to their friends telling them he was fine just off on a wild tear. Varian didn't think anything through though, he often got those little nagging questions that sent him off exploring and discovering, this wasn't a little question though. This was much, much bigger.
It had started as a sort of off feeling, everything seemed charged with...Something...Something no one else seemed to notice. He wasn't surprised by this, after all his friends had bigger things to worry about, but he absolutely noticed the weird energy as of late. And then the weird...Portals? Holes? Tears? Rifts. That's what he'd decided to call them. Then those started showing up, and he swore he was noticing people going missing. Normally he would have told someone, said something, but the princess had enough to worry about. He could handle this.
He hadn't actually traveled this far on his own before, not counting being kidnapped for a spell, the countryside and lands were unfamiliar as he strolled through the rather unfriendly looking town. He'd been asking people all day about the strange occurrences, but they either gave hima vacant stare, grumbled at him, or threatened to hit him. He sighed as he idly glanced over his notes, before a voice caught his attention.
He was particularly interested in the choice of words, and turned his steps to find the source. Worlds beyond? He thought to himself, rubbing his chin before he approached and gave the blonde seller a scrutinizing but curious stare, "where does a guy just...Happen upon things like this?" He picked up one of the objects, studying it carefully, "and what do you mean 'worlds beyond'? Beyond where? Do you know anything about the weird stuff going on around here?" He leaned in, ready to hang on his every word.

He fiddled with another object beginning to pick it up and shout about its extravagant unique properties when a Fellow Dressed.. Quite Differently then the rest of the townsmen came up to his table, his finger slipped off the item. Hand opening up flamboyantly show all the wares, "Why, One Travels place to place!" He gave a slight laugh, picking up another random, "Such at this, The Biscuit from a Madman's Table! Once a Lifetime edible sweet!" He placed it back on the table, eew hygiene not that he thought too much of it. After all he wasn't the one to eat the darn thing.
The Shopper.. Visitor? NO, Interrogator, slammed on more questions picking up an object. "Oh yes, the Crystal of the Lost empire... " Man seemed to ignore his comment asking about worlds beyond. World's beyond? Did he say that? Weird Stuff going on? He tilted his head, that playful smirk spreading, eyes turning to focus this new individual. "Quite The Question we're asking, aren't we? Why.. To One Such As I This whole place is.. considered Weird. Such Odd Black Spires all over the place... Then There are these, peculiar... individuals asking quite Many A Questions.. For Free" He tilted his head away thinking about the words over.. Rising a slight hum.
He slowly backed off the counter, "You're Different. I LIKE YOU! What's Your Name, Goggles?"
He wasn't sure where exactly he was right now. Was this another dream? He remembered dreaming of another world a few years before. Where he fought the boy who called himself "Sora". But even then he could feel that it wasn't real... This place however...
I've been having these weird thoughts lately—
This place was definitely reality.
Like, is any of this for real — Or not?
The somewhat salty smell of the breeze - the rustle of the leaves - the chatter the townsfolk as they meandered about unopposed. This, wherever this was - was definitely a living breathing place. Suddenly, amongst the cacophony of noise rose voices far more noticeable than the others. One, with quite the eccentric flair - the other far more subdued, questioning even. It intrigued the young silver haired man as he made his way closer to the two who were having some sort of conversation.
Crossing his arms he spoke up, dual colored eyes glancing at the teenager with the goggles before turning his blue and red gaze towards the strange blond haired man. "You spoke of other worlds, if you know of them - then you know how to leave or return to them. Tell me, how do I get off this rock?"
Varian looked somewhere between mildly unimpressed and curious as he studied the stranger and the things he was saying, what was anyone gonna do with some old biscuit anyway? That train of thought was brief, he had other things to think about than what the man was trying to peddle, he needed to know where they came from, because he'd read dozens of books now that the castles library was opened up to him, and nothing this man was saying matched anything. Something was going on.
He scrunched his face when the black rocks were brought up, somewhat of a sore subject given the drama he'd recently seen because of those damn black rocks. He didn't look convinced though, "I find that hard to believe, you sound like you've been to a great many places much weirder than these meddlesome black rocks," he squinted an eye, "well, when the information could help me prevent anyone else from going missing. I think that is a worthy cause that anyone without shady intent could honor." His tone was ever so slightly challenging, until the man asked his name.
"Oh! Well, Varian at your service," he bowed as he said this, "royal alchemist to the princess of the sun," he chuckled at the titled he definitely just made up. It wasn't entirely untrue, right!?
He would have gone on before another voice cut in, and his eyes widened, "so there are other worlds!" He glanced up at the silvery haired man, who didn't look like he belonged here at all. His clothes were completely detached from anything he'd ever seen. He whirled back on the blonde, "alright Blondie, I think it's time you started talking!" He pointed a gloved finger, squinting an eye at him.

The man scrunched up, the look came off awfully cute the blonde just couldn't help but release a small little giggle at those little tiny gears working. It made him but Oh so curious what these Black Spires had to do with things.. And More importantly, why was it such a sore subject? Then.. Again they were Odd, Did these Denizens hate odd things as well? He gave a slight grin at the comparison of Places to these black rocks, "Don't Know, I consider Moon falling from the Sky awfully more normal than those things. I tried Breaking them! Not A single Trinket to Gather!" He shook his head bothered by how indestructible they truly were.
The man continued on about Worthy Cause for information, He gave a slight hum tilting his head, that's not a good enough price.. not at all. Though One trying to get information such cheap, offered His name and title at such ease, How.. Amusing. Even going so far as to bow and chuckle, perhaps lost in thought? Was it a lie? He didn't have time to study the man's face, as a new Particular fellow popped up overhearing.. The blonde's eyes narrowed taking in this new individual Just.. Rudely interrupting.. A Duo eye freak, who wore clothing as much outside this world.. as well... An outsider! A Traveler! A lonely Lost thing.
With a slight change of posture, slowly giving this newcomer an eye-roll with those pretty cerulean eyes. He finally answered the New Barge of questions with a finger over his lips, "Quiet Sky, Goggles first. " Before lowering the finger, eyes flickering back to this.. 'Varian.. Alchemist for the Sun.' A sly smile arising, "How about, A Deal? Little Trade? Give me more information about the Royal you serve. Then I'll tell you the Little information Sky over-here just Eager to hear." He felt the urge to place his hand outward.. All to shake Goggles' hand, an odd motion he felt all the time.. Something that he caught himself doing without thinking. It.. Was discomforting.
"Sky" wasn't particularly pleased with the blond man's words. Not only attempting to silence him and brushing off his question, but being insufferable to boot. "It's Yozora." He spoke plainly. There was no heat his tone just the slightest hint of annoyance but otherwise it was rather flat. Putting his gaze on the kid, he crossed his arms before drawling out his next sentence. "Well, might as well start talking, kid."
