The Great City of Tokyo, and the best District section Shibuya. He wore a classical long blue coat, yep he loved the look, with a Black T-shirt classical illuminati symbol, and Blue jeans. All Sporting choppy spiky hair that'd scream American to anyone who knew anything about the worlds. Walking the streets, he'd just been exposing the inside of the jacket showing the Oh. So. Various wares he had for them all to gaze upon. None, sadly, fell for the ploy and bought any. Many believed him to be a liar, how sad, they were truly One-of-a-kind... Well at least here, Ahh Well. Time To feast! The Smell in the Air, just reminded how rumbling a tummy could get, and it was desperate.
Reaching a small little joint, he opened the door, and was met with a moisture in the air mixed with Great powerful seasonings soaked in possibly what could be Chicken. A small little smirk slowly formed on his face, why doesn't this just seemed great? Food from Tokyo, a way to a young man's heart. Taking a seat at the bar, because tables were just for Love-Saps. He slipped a hand to where the menus were stored, and easily slipped it out quietly. Thus began the great Journey of Reading text on a white slightly dirty page. The choices where simple. Ramen. Ramen. And More Ramen. Oh Look.. A dessert, Mochi! That sounded delicioush.
Finally placing down the menu, breaking into a happy tuned filled hum he waited for the worker. Deciding it best to order Chicken with the works.

It was another slow day. If this is a good or a bad thing is a matter of perspective, but for Rakutsu it’s always one of the other. Never really just one set in stone. Sometimes he liked slow days because it gave him time to himself and to think. No large amount of customers to bother him or distract him. Other days he likes to keep busy as it makes the work day go by faster. This also means more money for the bills. Which one was it today? The more bored of the two as barely anyone came in for food. Even today’s lunch breaks were pretty much nonexistent. Rakutsu took this time to clean up a little, to keep himself busy. This didn’t take long for him to finish, so he started some light reading. It was a book of multiple short stories. Nothing too grand, but it kept him entertained. His attention was taken from his book when someone walked into the resturant. About time. The young man place the book down and walked over to check on him. The boy had on a white apron and a white bandana over his head. A second white bandana covered around his mouth and neck. It was good practice to not get germs on the food. ”Do you need a few more minutes to decide? Do you know what you want to drink?” He poured a glass of water as it was tradition and waited for his answer. Bill "Mason" Cipher Mumen Rider

"Nope! I'll take Chicken with the Works!" Blonde man gave a wink, as if to Hope that this just may earn him some extra meat or some sort of bonus. Perhaps it meant something else entirely, with this specific man there was truly no telling.
He did point to the menu for a moment, "Say hey, How long has this establishment been open? It feels awfully homely, as if many worked together to bring it here." After the answer, and the waiter wondered off to place the order and take on some cleaning... He had taken this moment to stare around the area and admire the place even more.. Before quickly growing bored with the decorations. His legs began to swing back-and-forth, his hands fiddled with the nearby stand of chopsticks before finally pulling a pair out, breaking them...
Then soon began to entertain himself much like a child by tapping them all over the place and studying the various wood structures trying to figure what portion of tree they'd came from. "You know what's funny about these chopsticks? Is just where all the Trees are to make them! Its like Poof they exist, yet this world is a Big Ol' City. Wait. did I say world? I meant Tokyo.. Lots of Buildings and metals. Then a couple of trees. But then you have the Toilet Paper, Paper, Houses, and Sticks! But No forests of trees." He tapped them a bit more waiting for the man's response, growing hungrier by the second.

Kaito had been out on patrol like usual today but something seemed different about this place. It was not listed as any of the cities he had been in before, in fact it looked completely different than most of the ones he had been to. Riding his trusty bicycle named Justice, Mumen Rider had been on the lookout for trouble of any kind. After all no crime was too small and no problem too big to help out. Pedaling around the city known as Shibuya as it came to be known as Kaito decided it best to get a good lay of the land from someone who knew the place better. He did notice he could not call himself a hero just yet though as it seemed he was warped to a new world entirely, there was likely no Hero Association but he knew in his heart he was a hero who deeply cared for the safety and well-being of others.
Taking a whiff of what smelled like Ramen, Kaito soon found himself stopping his bike and putting the kickstand up to keep his bike in place. Kaito was still in his hero outfit but he would take his helmet off and place it on his bike. "Boy that smells good." Kaito said as he walked into the shop. But then he noticed the nice decorations and how the place was presented. It had a very homely feel and it was very comfortable. Sitting himself at the bar he would look at the menu with curiosity. Overhearing the man next to him Kaito would nod in agreement. "Yes it is a shame there are not more trees lining the streets, nature is always a welcome thing." he said before looking back at the menu. "I'll have the beef ramen bowl please." Kaito would say politely. A good beef bowl would be just the thing to keep up his strength.

Rakutsu gave the man a blank stare as a reaction to the wink. Was he trying to be nice or coming on to him? Not sure why he thought the latter, but that's the feeling he got for a moment. Either way, he just gave a quick nod and wrote down the man's order. Another customer walked in, which caused Rakutsu to look up and see them. The man's appearance a little strange and raised a good eye brow.
He only gave him a quick run down, so he didn't get caught looking. No reason to start anything because he couldn't keep his eyes to himself. However, that small moment was enough to take the second man's appearance. Armor paddings on his chest and body with goggles. A green helmet covered the top of his head and if he looked out the window, he was sure a bike was parked outside. A police officer? The man could be one, but that couldn't have been a standard issue uniform. It doesn't have the professional feel to it or the intimidation factor.
The biker's order was taken down along with the blonde man's. Rakutsu was ready to go into the back to cook until the blonde one spoke up. "A few years. Not many worked here. Mostly just me and the old man." He pointed to a picture frame on the wall, which held a photo of an old man with a playful grin. Even so, the look in the man's eyes was a dangerous one. The photo showed him in traditional karate gi and all around him were other men an women of varies ages in karate gi. "An old man that doesn't know how to work, that much I'll say."
The last comment made him freeze in place, but this didn't last. "I always assumed the wood was shipped in from outside the city." It seemed like an reasonable explanation.
